GAME RATES & PACKAGES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. 50% down payment is required to confirm the event.

II. Check payments must be payable to ADVENTURE, SPORTS, LEISURE, AND GAMES PHILS INC. and must be dated at least 5 banking days before the scheduled event or function.

III. In the event the client fails to arrive on the reserved time because of transport difficulties, errors, or personal reasons, LAZERXTREME reserves the right to arrange for the next available schedule for the client but will not be responsible to provide if there is none available.

IV. LAZERXTREME shall not be responsible for any loss or damages to the client’s belongings while inside the facility.

V. LAZERXTREME will only prepare food and facilities based on the agreement stated on the contract.

VI. Clients are prohibited from bringing food from outside for safety reasons. If a client insists on bringing in food, LAZERXTREME will not be held liable for any harm that may happen to any guest such as food poisoning that may result from the food brought in.

VII.Clients are discouraged to take home left over food as food sitting at room temperature for long hours may spoil. If the client still wishes to bring home left over food, it is understood that LAZERXTREME will not be held liable for any food poisoning or any health issues that may result from eating the said food.

VIII. Should an event or function be cancelled by the client for whatever reason, all payments made prior to the event shall be forfeited.

IX. Should the number of guests that show up during the event be fewer than the confirmed attendees stated in the contract, the final cost which is stated in the contract remain the same.

X. Clients shall pay the cost of additional guests exceeding the number of persons indicated in the agreement and LAZERXTREME shall not be required to provide additional seating should there be no more seats available or food.

XI. Client agrees to make a Security Deposit of P2,000.00 (CASH ONLY) upon confirmation; to be refunded immediately after the event. Client shall be held responsible for any damage caused on any of LAZERXTREME’s property including fixtures, furniture, equipment, utensils, etc. Client shall pay the cost of the property damaged to be deducted from the Security Deposit.

XII. Should any form of disaster or Acts of God occur, LAZERXTREME shall not be held liable for not being able to perform its normal operating procedure.

XIII. The duration of the party or function shall be limited depending on the Party Package that client’s availed. Additional P500/room/30 minutes shall be charged for extension.

XIV. LAZERXTREME reserves the right to substitute items that becomes unavailable in the open market or that exceeds reasonable market cost.

XV. Drinks ordered and agreed upon before or during the function are to be consumed during the said function. No conversion of any kind will be allowed.

XVI. The laser tag arena is non-exclusive unless the full cost of its capacity is paid

XVII. The implementation of this agreement by LAZERXTREME is subject to acts of God such as Typhoons, Earthquakes, Fires, Floods or other disaster and acts of man such as war, coup d’ e tat, government regulation, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transport failure or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to uphold previous contractual agreement.

XVIII. It is hereby understood that the terms and conditions shall entitle LAZERXTREME to damages without prejudice to any legal remedy it may bring in the event that it must seek legal remedies to complete execution of this agreement. The client agrees to pay all reasonable legal fees. Both parties herby agree to submit themselves to the court of jurisdiction of the municipal of Taguig City.
